My new venture Jolliette is more to me than food. Many guests are so appreciative of the level of service they receive and love telling us that nobody takes care of them like Jolliette does.
Jolliette is designed to bring elegance and hospitality that will be cherished and remembered for a long time. I am glad it gets noticed. We don’t plan to cook meals, to deliver a quick break or cater a business meeting. My plan for Jolliette is to cater for wellness, health and happiness of our guests.
Yes, I call our clients our guests. And our aim is to bring them extraordinary experiences. The dishes may be simple, but I want to make them superior in taste and presentation. I want our food to make our guests feel and think. From soups to desserts, we test a variety of recipes to create not only delicious but also visually unique options that make our guests and their guests feel and remember.
